Our Story
Owner and director Kaih Orenshaw began working as a carpenter when he was just 16 years old, motivated by a love for woodwork and construction. He was fortunate to undertake his apprenticeship with a high-end builder specialising in building luxury Sunshine Coast homes. This builder passed on his unique expertise to Kaih, who showed great promise even young.

After completing his apprenticeship, Kaih’s focus remained on building unique, high-quality homes that meet clients’ custom requirements and specifications. Kaih works closely with the team at Orenshaw Designer Homes and is personally involved in every build to ensure it is delivered on time, on budget and exceeds clients’ expectations.
