OUR STORY
CRAFTSMANSHIP IN EVERY DETAIL.
ORENSHAW is an award-winning, family-owned custom builder specialising in high-end residences across Noosa and the Sunshine Coast.
For over two decades we have built homes that demand the highest level of attention to detail.
With only a limited number of projects on the ground at any one time, builder and director Kaih Orenshaw is personally involved in crafting and executing every project.
THE FOUNDER
ORENSHAW is led by builder and director, Kaih Orenshaw.
A natural maker from an early age, Kaih began his carpentry training at just 16 years of age, apprenticing under a high-end custom home builder and developing the attention to detail, craftsmanship and building knowledge that would later define his own approach.
After years spent learning and refining his craft, Kaih founded ORENSHAW over a decade ago with a clear focus: to build exceptional custom homes across Noosa and the Sunshine Coast.
Since then, ORENSHAW has earned multiple industry awards and established a reputation for delivering highly individualised homes with a strong emphasis on quality, detail and design that merges with place.
Today, Kaih brings nearly three decades of building experience to every ORENSHAW project.
OUR FOCUS
Our expertise lies in delivering individually designed homes of exceptional quality, with a highly considered experience from first concept through to final handover.
We deliberately limit the number of projects we undertake, allowing Kaih to remain closely involved in every build. He personally oversees each project and remains hands-on at key stages of construction, ensuring the detailing, craftsmanship and execution meet the standards expected of an ORENSHAW home.
This considered approach allows for a genuinely tailored experience: with clear communication, meticulous attention to detail and a level of care that is difficult to achieve at scale.
